Happy weekend dear readers!
We love earcuffs! They immediately update your look and make it way more fun! The earcuff shown above is by H&M. Other favorites can be seen below: I've been craving over these cuties for such a long time! Im normally not really into earrings at all, but I think a pair of these (or maybe just one) could really fit my style and finish a basic look. Unfortunately they seem to be sold out everywhere, but there's a chance the new Dior boutique in Amsterdam still has them. For the not so lucky ones (like me in Berlin), I found a great DIY from A Pair and a Spare for this cool trend. Watch and learn: Get the kit at Wander & Hunt
I like my Sunday's nice and easy. Since most shops in Berlin are closed on Sundays, this day is the perfect moment to catch up with friends over Skype, browse countless fashion blogs and drink liters of herbal tea. This morning I tried on my new Rika sweater and oversized boyfriend jeans that make up the perfect Sunday uniform. Sweater Rika | Boyfriend Jeans Asos | Necklace boutique in Williamsburg
A city trip is a lot of fun, but as well exhausting. I came back from paris done & halting.. I loved being in Paris, such a great city and so much things to do. We walked from the Notre dam to the Arc de Triomph and went to the Musee d'Orsay. (as you could see in my previous post)

I have spend a beautiful weekend in Paris. Put the song on below if you are going to see the pictures in this post :) Dear readers,
Last week I already told you about my visit to my grandmothers place. I always love to go there and discover the i-do-not-know-how-old treasures she keeps there. In these pictures you also saw the pipes of my grand father. He used to be an avid pipe smoker, and my mother told met that he would always leave the room with an intense, aromatic tobacco smell. Yesterday, my mother took one of these pipes of my grandfather home and created this "piece of art" which I love. She made a plexiglass box created a floating effect by supporting the pipe with super thin needles. At the bottom of this box she put a piece of paper in which she cut the following text; "la pipe de papa". This gives a special effect when it's dark in the evening as you will be able to see on the following pics. Great! So simple and we love it. Do you have some DIY decoration as well at your place? Tell us more about it! What will you do this weekend? To Milena? My new flatmate. She is currently working for SBS as a video editor and always looks fashionable. When she showed me this beautiful cardigan of Claudie Perloit I told her I wanted to take some pictures with it. Her shorts are from the H&M. The ring she got it in Thailand from a market, the white top is Zara and the bag H&M. And those white beauties below? Dr Martens, we love !!
While Fabia is on her way to a romantic weekend trip to Paris, I went to the office today. Not the most romantic place you'd say, but my dear colleague Loes surprised me and my colleagues with the most beautiful rose! On top of that, I also got treated to delicious Valentine chocolates. A 'romantic' day after all :)
Do you have a Valentine's date this year? And do you celebrate this (according to some) 'commercialized' holiday? X Written by Wendy I am addicted to coats. Unfortunately they are often the most expensive item of my outfits. But not to forget: vintage stores. In a super cool vintage store called Blits. Shoes Zara | Galaxy legging Sasha | shirt Merry-go-round Milano | Jacket vintage (hushpuppy's)
Writte by Fabia In my opinion a necklace completes a look.
Small, big, thick, thin of whatever. Go, search and you will find. So there are necklaces where you will be tired of after a little period of time. But besides these temporary necklaces there is (luckily).. Merque As for example these adorable necklaces of Merque. Merque is a brand, started by two sisters. Merrith + Mechteld = Merque. They are making these fabulous necklaces out of natural materials als leather, wool, cotton and gemstones. Here you will can find their website and below you will see their new lookbook! (you will be able to find them as well at Hutspot in Amsterdam) and check their facebook page as well! Today a quick post with yesterday's outfit. I was in a funny mood so hence the crazy moves here at home on my couch. I am wearing my go-to outfit when I don't have much time today (which is the case in most mornings) Boots Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti | Bag Sophie Hulme | Tights H&M | Gilet Derek Lam | Longsleeve Zara
Do you know Diptyque? The fabulous candles made with love from Paris? This story started in 1963 when they began to explore their love for fragrances. With candles as the famous Aubepine, Canelle and The. They launched their first eau de toilette (L'Eau) in 1968. This was a turbolent start of an fabulous repertory of fragrances; with on their oval formed label the iconic black lettering. Well, I tough I should be crazy to buy these expensive candles. But - believe me - once you have gotten one...... (you know the rest) Some good showing up now. As we love their friendly products, they have launched their skin-care line. love love love. Which one would you like to have? |
